Berry Chia Seed Parfait
- 1/4 cup chia seeds soaked in 1 cup plant milk (2 hours)
-
1 cup unsweetened organic yoghurt
- 1 cup berries
- 1 sachet Berry Focused Superfoods
- 1/4 cup seeds for toppings
Method: In small jar layer
- chia pudding
- Mix one sachet into berries and layer
- Layer yoghurt
- layer berries
- layer chia
- Layer until finished
- Top with raw seeds (pepitas/sunflower) and coconut
- Makes 2 jars of chia/yoghurt parfait
Low sugar Raw superfood bites
GREEN GREATNESS COCONUT BROWNIE TREATS
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 4 pitted dates
- 3 tablespoons cacao
- 2 sachets green greatness
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut as topping
Method:
- Add all ingredients into high-speed blender or food processor
- Blend until all ingredients are mixed together.
- Roll into balls
- Roll balls into desiccated coconut in a bowl
- Chill in fridge to set
- Makes 12-15 healthy raw snacks
