Berry Chia Seed Parfait

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds soaked in 1 cup plant milk (2 hours)
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic yoghurt
  • 1 cup berries
  • 1 sachet Berry Focused Superfoods
  • 1/4 cup seeds for toppings

Method: In small jar layer

  • chia pudding
  • Mix one sachet into berries and layer
  • Layer yoghurt
  • layer berries
  • layer chia 
  • Layer until finished
  • Top with raw seeds (pepitas/sunflower) and coconut
  • Makes 2 jars of chia/yoghurt parfait

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 3 tablespoons cacao
  • 2 sachets green greatness
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut as topping 


  1. Add all ingredients into high-speed blender or food processor
  2. Blend until all ingredients are mixed together.
  3. Roll into balls
  4. Roll balls into desiccated coconut in a bowl
  5. Chill in fridge to set
  6. Makes 12-15 healthy raw snacks
